Commission a Painting
Over the years, I've accepted a few commissions inspired by cherished landscapes and meaningful plants.
Past projects have included woodland landscapes inspired by places dear to a collector, and botanical compositions bringing together flowers from different parts of the world that hold significance for a family.
I typically accept just one commission each year, preferring to devote most of my studio time to developing my ongoing painting series.
In 2027, I'll be stepping back from my busy art festival schedule to complete some ongoing projects. This will give me the opportunity to accept a few additional commissions while continuing to explore my own ideas.
I will be considering up to three commissions for 2027.
Each commissioned painting is created in my established artistic style, with careful attention to the plants, places, and stories that inspire it.
If you have an idea for a painting, I'd love to hear about it! Please fill out the inquiry form below and tell me a little about what you have in mind.
If your idea feels like a good fit for my work, I'll be in touch to discuss the possibilities, availability, and pricing.
Looking for an existing painting? I also have a selection of original paintings available for purchase.

A Few Things to Know About Commissions
Subject matter: I accept commissions inspired by plants, flowers, landscapes, and places with personal significance. All paintings are created in my established artistic style.
Pricing: Prices vary depending on the size and complexity of the painting. I'll provide a quote after we've discussed your idea. For context, commissioned paintings are individually quoted to reflect the additional planning and research involved. As a general guide, commissions begin at $1,200
Creative process: We'll discuss your ideas, reference materials, and important details before I begin. From there, I'll bring the painting to life through my own artistic interpretation.
Timing: Oil paintings take time to complete and dry properly. We'll discuss an estimated completion date before you commit.
Payment: A deposit is required to reserve your commission, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Availability: I accept only a limited number of commissions each year. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a place in my studio schedule.
